The hotel offers large and comfortable rooms overlooking the swimming pool, but unfortunately, the smell of cigarettes was quite unpleasant. The service is fantastic in the restaurant, with attentive staff willing to assist, although there was a slight reluctance to serve breakfast a few minutes past the official time. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from Lumphini Station and Lumphini Park, but slightly distant from Lumpini MRT station. Dining options were decent with affordable prices, however, some additional charges were applied.

The hotel offers free breakfast and a 20% discount at the restaurant and massage place. The rooms had a broken light switch with a hole in the wall and a strong cigarette smell, despite being heavily scented with cleaning products. However, the hotel provides helpful service, competitive exchange rates, and a professional approach. The location is convenient to the MRT underground and features plenty of cafes, making it ideal for staying. The dining experience was decent, with an additional charge for certain items.
